Beyond the booth: event activations that actually get noticed

Getting your brand in front of the right audience is hard. At a physical event, even harder. When every sponsor has a booth and a pull-up banner, logos fade into the background fast.
Here are some of the activations we've seen cut through.
1. Borrow a fast-growing culture
Padel is the fastest-growing sport in the world, with over 25 million players. It's outpaced tennis and squash as the sport of choice for a new generation. That's why we launched EthPadel, the first padel series backed by the Web3 community, with the UK's #1 player Christian Medina Murphy.
A small, curated tournament puts your brand in front of 40–50 of the most influential leaders and investors in the room, in a setting where they actually want to talk.

2. Take the brand out of the venue
For Zebu Live we wrapped a fleet of London's iconic black cabs and used them to move speakers and VIPs to and from the venue. Your brand is building recognition across the city before guests even arrive, and it's associated with the people everyone came to see.

3. Make content, not just presence
Content-led takeovers, live podcasts and on-site media studios give attendees a reason to come to you, and give you weeks of content afterwards.
4. Design for one goal
Pipeline, brand equity or category leadership. Pick one and build the activation around it. Trying to do all three usually means doing none of them well.
The best activations create moments people talk about long after the event. If you want help designing yours, let's talk.
