One in five Americans already own crypto. Almost none of them trust what crypto says about itself.
Crypto's American story got hijacked by hype and jargon, leaving most people either locked out or talked down to. Yet one in five Americans already held crypto: nurses, construction workers, retirees, small-business owners. The National Cryptocurrency Association (NCA) launched in March 2025 to close that literacy gap with real data, and we helped them do so.

Reach the crypto-curious without losing the crypto-native. That was the brief the National Cryptocurrency Association gave us.
Doing both meant a few things. Every post had to sound like it came from a person (not a press release), so we wrote for people first and let the technology explain itself later. We didn't talk down to the crypto-curious or oversimplify for the crypto-native, we just told the truth in plain English and let it hold up either way. And instead of guessing what people needed to hear, we asked them.
Original Harris Poll research surveyed 10,000 American crypto holders, so the NCA had something almost nobody else in the space has: real answers instead of assumptions. We built everything else around that, ongoing posts, big campaign moments, new research drops, real conversations with the community, then launched four channels at once. Skeptics don't change their minds from one post. They change them from consistency.
Zero to 63K followers who actually chose to be there. 40 million impressions across Linkedin, X, Instagram, Tiktok, Meta and Youtube , showing up in the formats people prefer on each platform. 8.4 million people watched us explain crypto in plain English instead of jargon. That's what happens when you stop trying to sound smart and start trying to be understood.
