Shaping the future of Web3 policy, one city at a time. To launch Stand With Crypto UK, we partnered with Coinbase to deliver a dual-track strategy: grassroots activation and strategic influence. Our goal was to amplify Coinbase’s role not just as a platform, but as a civic leader championing smart, innovation-led regulation.

We forged partnerships with leading VCs, fintechs, and Web3-native consumer apps, building a network of influential allies. At the same time, we hit the ground with real-world activations, hosting seven key events across major UK cities, bringing together founders, policymakers, and community advocates under one unified banner.

To anchor the movement, we developed a bold brand identity, designed and launched the SWCUK website, and rolled out a cohesive suite of branded assets - from merchandise to event collateral. The brand has since gained international traction, extending to Canada and Australia, and cementing its position as a global voice in crypto policy.

The results were standout: over 10,000 reached in-person, 250,000+ reached online, 5,000 early advocate sign-ups, and endorsements from policymakers and prominent figures like Steven Bartlett and Raoul Pal. This was Web3 advocacy - elevated, accessible, and impossible to ignore.
