About

Driving adoption through localisation, growth, and creative precision. As Solana launched Superteam—its global initiative to empower and incentivise builders - we joined as strategic and creative partners to help realise their international ambitions.

Our collaboration spanned strategy, growth marketing, graphic design, web development, and animation. With a full-service approach, we helped translate Solana’s global brand into culturally resonant experiences across regional markets, driving measurable impact.

In Germany, we launched Superteam DE, achieving over 1,200 developer sign-ups at 70% under the target CPA and onboarding 40+ projects. In the UK, we crafted a bespoke sub-brand for Superteam UK, delivering 200+ creative assets and executing a paid campaign that generated over 807k in reach, 5.5 million impressions, and 10k+ high-intent clicks.

Our end-to-end delivery led to meaningful ecosystem growth, culminating in 209 developer registrations, 44 project entries, and 7 winners at the UK’s Hyperdrive Hackathon. This was localisation done right: strategic, impactful, and on-brand.
